Sharon Osbourne spoke with raw emotion — and zero restraint — as she accepted a lifetime achievement award for her late husband, Ozzy Osbourne. The powerful tribute took place at the 2026 BRIT Awards in Manchester, England, on Saturday, Feb. 28, with daughter Kelly Osbourne standing by her side.
“First of all, what a f—ing good evening it’s been!” Sharon, 73, said, eliciting cheers from the crowd.
“Such amazing artists tonight. I mean, everyone’s a winner, everyone,” she added.
“I know that Ozzy is looking down on us all right now, and I know what he is thinking. He hated to make speeches. He hated listening to speeches. He’d be saying, ‘Hey, missus, shut the f-ck up!’ ” she joked.
She ended her speech with. “There will never be another Ozzy f—ing Osbourne!”
Kelly Osbourne, 41, stepped onto the red carpet with mom Sharon Osbourne, 73, at the 2026 BRIT Awards in Manchester, just days after firing back at cruel “body-shaming” trolls.
The mother-daughter duo both wore black for the event at Co-op Live Arena. Kelly turned heads in a glamorous black dress paired with a feathered jacket, while Sharon opted for a sharp three-piece black suit. The pair posed proudly together before Sharon accepted a bittersweet Lifetime Achievement Award honoring her late husband, Ozzy Osbourne.
The legendary Black Sabbath frontman, who died last July, is being recognized for his lasting impact on music. The ceremony will close with an all-star rock tribute led by Robbie Williams, who was personally asked by Sharon to take part.
Ahead of the show, Kelly publicly slammed online trolls who mocked her recent weight loss — including one disturbing comment referencing her late father. Per Page Six, she shared a screenshot on Instagram, she called the abuse “disgusting” and wrote, “No one deserves this sort of abuse,” adding in a follow-up post, “This too shall pass, but like, holy f**k.”
According to Page Six, Kelly has long been open about her weight struggles. She underwent gastric sleeve surgery in 2018 and lost 85 pounds through surgery, diet and exercise. During her 2022 pregnancy with son Sidney, she gained around 100 pounds and developed gestational diabetes, later choosing to stay out of the spotlight.
