Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

Your written notification must include the following:

  1. Signature – A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work – A clear description of the copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed.
  3. Identification of the Infringing Material – Sufficient information for us to locate the material on our Site. Please include the exact URL(s) whenever possible.
  4. Contact Information – Your full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and, if available, fax number.
  5. Good Faith Statement – A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy Statement – A statement, made under penalty of perjury, confirming that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Important Notice

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly submits a false or misleading claim of copyright infringement may be liable for damages, including court costs and attorneys’ fees.

Please note that, where permitted by law, we may forward your infringement notice—including your contact information—to the individual or entity that posted the allegedly infringing material. By submitting a DMCA notice, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be shared for this purpose.

Counter Notification

If you believe that material removed or disabled from the Site was taken down due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter notification to request restoration of the content.

Your counter notification should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the material that was removed or disabled, along with its original location on the Site before removal.
  3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and a statement that:
    • You consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located; or, if you reside outside the United States, any judicial district where the service provider may be found; and
    • You agree to accept service of process from the person or entity that submitted the original DMCA notice or their authorized representative.
  5. Submit your counter notification through our Contact page. Email submissions are strongly recommended for faster processing.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright protection seriously and maintain records of valid DMCA notices. In accordance with the DMCA, we make reasonable efforts to identify repeat copyright infringers.

Users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or our copyright policy may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated at our sole discretion.
