“She was incredibly sensitive,” Ethan shared, “and while that made her empathetic beyond measure, it also meant she felt every cruel word deeply.” Despite the barrage of attacks, some even from within the animal rescue community, Mikayla never wavered in her mission to rescue foxes and raise awareness about the plight of these animals. However, Ethan explained, “This time, it went too far.”
