After he refuses to…

What should have marked the beginning of a beautiful new chapter ended in betrayal, bloodshed, and a chilling plot in the misty hills of Shillong, India.

On May 20, businessman Raja Raghuvanshi arrived in the picturesque city for what was supposed to be a romantic honeymoon with his new bride, Sonam Raghuvanshi.

Just days later, Raja’s lifeless body was discovered in a remote canyon—decomposing, stripped of his wedding ring, his ID, and his future.

At first, police believed the killer was Raj Kushwaha, allegedly Sonam’s lover. But as the investigation deepened, a far more sinister truth emerged: Sonam herself had orchestrated the murder.

According to authorities, she lured Raj with promises of love and power, convincing him to help execute her husband. She recruited three more men—Vishal Singh, Anand Kurmi, and Akash Rajput—enticing them with the promise of money to carry out the killing.

It was Sonam who tracked her husband’s every move, feeding information to the killers. Sometime between May 23 and 24, Raja was likely ambushed and pushed into the gorge—his dreams, and his life, abruptly ended.

But Sonam’s betrayal didn’t stop there.

While Raj awaited a new life with her in Indore, she was already entwined with yet another man—and plotting Raj’s murder next.

Phone records eventually unraveled the web. On June 8, Sonam was arrested and confessed. Her arrest shocked the nation, revealing a dark tale of lust, manipulation, and cold-blooded murder behind what began as a wedding vow.
