A devastating bus crash has claimed at least 28 lives and left 14 injured after the vehicle plummeted 2,600 feet into a ravine in Bolivia’s mountainous Yocalla district. Among the injured are four children, two of whom remain in critical condition.
Authorities believe the tragedy was caused by excessive speed on a treacherous, winding road, causing the driver to lose control. Rescue teams rushed to the scene to aid survivors amid difficult terrain.
