Emaciated Woman Found Alive in Vacant Lot Near Phnom Penh Intersection
At 11:10 a.m. on May 17, 2025, an emaciated woman—still clinging to life—was discovered lying in a deserted plot of land near the intersection of Keng Road and Win Win Boulevard, in Sangkat Bak Kheng, Khan Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh.
According to witnesses, a motorcyclist passed by the location around 5:30 a.m. and noticed the woman lying motionless by the roadside but did not stop. Hours later, at 11 a.m., concerned citizens alerted authorities, prompting a swift police response to the scene.
