Trump’s niece says he can’t perform basic tasks like tying his shoes

Donald Trump has long cultivated an image of power and invincibility. But behind the bluster, mental health experts are increasingly sounding alarms — suggesting that the president’s sharp facade may be masking a troubling decline.

A recent eye-opening analysis on MSNBC’s The Weekend: Primetime highlighted that Trump might be haunted by the same cognitive fears that plagued his father, Fred Trump Sr., who suffered from Alzheimer’s disease in his later years.

Now, adding fuel to the fire is a voice no one can ignore — Mary Trump, the president’s own niece and a trained psychologist. Known for her candid critiques, Mary has warned repeatedly about Donald Trump’s mental and emotional health. In her latest YouTube series, Trump Trolls Trump, she unleashes a scathing verdict, calling his behavior a “reign of idiocy.”

With this insider perspective, the debate over Trump’s mental fitness intensifies — and it’s more personal than ever.

According to Mary Trump, her uncle is rapidly spiraling deeper into cognitive decline.

“We’re now 166 days into the Trump regime’s reign of terror, reign of confusion, reign of chaos — but let’s call it what it truly is: a reign of idiocy,” she declared bluntly.

And she didn’t hold back.

The bestselling author of Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man didn’t mince words when discussing Donald Trump’s mental state.

“Time flies when you’re having a horrible time — and when democracy is slowly being strangled by a man who can’t even tie his own shoes,” she quipped sharply.

Mary even took aim at Trump’s recent public appearances. Though critical, she grudgingly acknowledged one of his rare talents: the uncanny ability to blend narcissism with cognitive dysfunction.

“Donald is good at very, very few things, but I’ll give him credit for this — he has a surprisingly adept knack for mixing cognitive decline with narcissism. That’s a twofer,” she said with biting sarcasm.

She also called out Trump’s baffling response during a visit to the controversial Florida immigration facility, dubbed “Alligator Alcatraz.” When pressed about how long detainees would be held, Trump veered off-topic, rambling about everything from New York taxes to redecorating the Oval Office.

Mary didn’t hold back in slamming Trump’s baffling response: “The question, you idiot, wasn’t ‘Do you like Florida?’” she snapped. “The reason he can’t answer is simple — because he doesn’t have an answer.”

She painted a grim picture of the president’s mental state, calling him “increasingly far gone” and adding, “He has the attention span of a toddler — though honestly, that’s nothing new.”

The psychologist expressed deep frustration over what she sees as Trump’s ongoing refusal to be honest with the American people. “I’m sick of this thuggish lunk sitting there and denying the American public access to any truths about anything whatsoever,” she declared.

And Mary didn’t stop there. She took aim at Trump’s latest cash grab: a luxury fragrance. Recently launched on Truth Social, the Trump-branded “Victory” perfume sells for a staggering $249 a bottle — complete with a gold figurine of Trump himself.

“It is grotesque for the sitting president of the United States to grift off his office — but here we are,” she said, delivering a final stinging remark: “The idea of having to guess what that horror smells like is deeply unfair to those of us still sane.”
