Rep. Burchett Accuses Biden Administration of Destroying Epstein Client Files: “There Were World Leaders, Hollywood Elites”
Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett (R) has reignited the firestorm surrounding Jeffrey Epstein, claiming that a long-rumored client list did exist—but was likely destroyed under the Biden administration.
In an appearance on NewsNation’s On Balance, Burchett directly challenged the Department of Justice’s recent findings, which stated that no “blackmail list” or client documents tying Epstein to powerful global figures were ever found. The DOJ’s memo also reiterated its long-held conclusion that Epstein died by suicide in a Manhattan jail in 2019.
But Burchett isn’t buying it.
“I believe the files existed,” he told host Leland Vittert. “And I believe they were destroyed during this administration.”
He dismissed speculation—fueled by public figures like Elon Musk—that Donald Trump appeared on any such list. “If the Biden administration had anything on Trump, they’d have used it on Day One,” Burchett argued, implying the real names on the list were even more explosive.
“There are world leaders. Hollywood elites. I don’t care how powerful they are—if they’re involved, I want to bury those dirtbags.”
When asked why Attorney General Pam Bondi hasn’t confirmed any destruction of records, Burchett admitted he had no hard evidence—just what he called “a gut feeling” from years of observing Washington politics.
“I think she got ahead of herself saying she had the files. What we got wasn’t anything new,” he added, hinting at internal missteps or political pressure to stay silent.
Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel, and Deputy Director Dan Bongino have faced growing pressure from MAGA-aligned lawmakers and media figures who believe the government is deliberately shielding key figures in Epstein’s network.
As public frustration grows over the lack of transparency in the Epstein case, Burchett’s explosive claims are sure to fuel more speculation—and deepen demands for answers that may never surface.
