Freshly unsealed FBI interview summaries are stirring fresh controversy around Senator Adam Schiff, after a whistleblower alleged he personally green-lit the leaking of classified information at the height of the Trump–Russia investigation — leaks said to be aimed squarely at politically damaging then-President Donald Trump.
The records, obtained by Just The News, span FBI interviews conducted between 2017 and 2023 with a source described as a Democratic intelligence officer who once worked directly for the House Intelligence Committee. The whistleblower further alleged Schiff had been promised the role of CIA Director if Hillary Clinton had won the 2016 election. When Clinton lost, that door slammed shut — but the source claims Schiff remained determined to weaken Trump’s presidency through targeted disclosures.
