Chumlee, known off-screen as Austin Lee Russell, 33, is considering a plea agreement following a March raid at his Las Vegas home that uncovered drugs and firearms. Under the deal, he would plead guilty to attempted possession of a controlled substance, forfeit the seized items, serve three years’ probation, and undergo treatment.
While a felony weapons charge will remain on his record, it could be dismissed if he completes probation without incident. If not, he faces up to five years in prison.
